The best main entree is the whole trout which is spiced differently and brilliantly from anything I have tried elsewhere. The eggplant dishes are tasty and healthy, while my favorite drink is doogh--no alcohol and contains yogurt. I was also delighted with saffron ice cream for dessert. The entire staff is attentive and go out of their way to be helpful. If I lived nearby I would go a few times each month.

Service was ok except for one waiter (pictured from the side in tan pants/shirt who seemed to Hoffer over our table to the point of annoyance.) . Our main server was good. The restaurant was busy but food arrived fairly quickly. The noise level from other patrons was a bit much and not conducive to a relaxing meal. Overall we liked our meal but would likely not return again given another similar choice of cuisine, in our opinion better (in every way) just down the block.

Very poor service!!! We waited 45 minutes in lunch time with children. We noticed that many people who came after us had eaten and leave. We asked waitress, and something about kitchen problems she told, but didn't even say apologies. When we were leaving, one other waitress came and said that kitchen mixed our orders. There wasn't so many people there and we got table right next from door. Manager boy didn't react to our requests, even he was playing computer 2 meters from us and heard everything. The pitabread (very dry) was stuffed in a plastic bag in a basket on every table. When the food arrived it was hart near impossible to fit everything on the small table for two. I did however enjoy the patata brava-like dish, the mushroom/onion/garlic, the beetroots and the passionfruit juice. And I'd love to try the other vegan dishes on the menu, and I'd be happy to give a 4 if the next visit will be more overall satisfying.

I could sense the herd mentality from the staff at those locations. When we walked in it was empty downstairs. We asked if there were any vegetarian options, and we were told that it was a vegetarian restaurant. That sealed the deal for us! The result is a perfect dish. My wife (lifetime vegetarian) said this may have been one of her best meals of this trip, and the best hummus she had ever had. When we left, there had been a few more couples sitting outside on the beach chairs that were set up under umbrellas (on astroturf!). I believe this was a new restaurant that recently opened.
