The best main entree is the whole trout which is spiced differently and brilliantly from anything I have tried elsewhere. The eggplant dishes are tasty and healthy, while my favorite drink is doogh--no alcohol and contains yogurt. I was also delighted with saffron ice cream for dessert. The entire staff is attentive and go out of their way to be helpful. If I lived nearby I would go a few times each month.

The one dish we would NOT get again is the olives because the sauce is too sweet and too much in quantity, all that you can really taste is the balsamic dressing/sauce that accompanies the olives. Service was ok except for one waiter (pictured from the side in tan pants/shirt who seemed to Hoffer over our table to the point of annoyance.) . Our main server was good. The restaurant was busy but food arrived fairly quickly. The noise level from other patrons was a bit much and not conducive to a relaxing meal. Overall we liked our meal but would likely not return again given another similar choice of cuisine, in our opinion better (in every way) just down the block.

The seating we got was actually on the lower tables at the front as the seated restaurant area was all full, but we actually wanted to sit on the comfortable sofas- perfect! For a meal before the theatre our food order arrived in great time, mine was a mezze-esque order of two starters (spinach parcel and baba ganoush) and came as a generous portion size. The baba had that smoky moreish flavour and a good consistency. All in all a very cosy meal, with helpful servers that tended to us quickly and a lovely interior to boot.

The service/staff is friendly and elegant. I came for brunch with friends and we all had a great time. The food portions are generous and the original flavors are there. For just 189kr is a very value-for-money brunch combined with the whole experience. You get 3 small dishes as starters, then you can choose 1 from 5 main courses and end on a sweet note with a baklava. Can only suggest to be included a vegetarian option.

I found the tomato flavor a bit overwhelming in comparison to the other parts of the stew, but everything had the right texture and it was very tasty and filling. No dessert but the dishes are fairly big considering (you get a lot of rice anyways). Nice, relaxing street for outdoor seating. The inside is very open and calm as well. Went with a friend from Iran who has been several times and thinks the food is good Persian. As usual, many more choices for dinner that were not available for lunch. It wasn't very busy at 12pm on a Friday. Seems to be undergoing some sort of identity crisis -- The restaurant has been re-done with Spanish flags and artwork, and the windows advertise this place as a Tapas location. Supposedly the Persian will be in the basement (ouch) soon and the Tapas in the main restaurant. So enjoy the Persian lunch menu while it lasts. I would go again for the lunch menu, definitely.
