The whole staff is like that (I just have worked more with Abby, Dr.Shay, and Sally). It's consistent and it's real and genuine. I've since moved further away and I happily make the hour-long commute every time, because there's no one else I'd trust with my care. I recently got an implant on one of my front teeth, which was the end of a long process that started with Invisalign and I'm beyond grateful I did all of it here. Due to past dental issues, I had to get all my teeth removed and replaced with implants. This multi-year journey included dentures, bone grafts, and full implants, and Dr. Kang guided me through every step with expertise and precision. He works quickly, keeps procedures as painless as possible, and always tries to accommodate my schedule. His assistant Grace is also great super helpful with scheduling, insurance, and billing. My dentist providers don't really evaluate me or ask about my dental concerns. They just clean my teeth. I asked about my dental concern or it doesn't get addressed. I was getting my dental cleaning and examination every 3-4 months per year at my previous dentist, had mentioned this from the beginning. I was told it was not a problem. The receptionist was suppose to address it with my insurance, my guess is she never did. Now they want me to pay out of pocket if I'm asking for my final routine cleaning for the year. The receptionist today didn't try to address my concern, just said I needed to pay out of pocket. She didn't care if I canceled my appointment or just didn't return anymore. I asked to speak to the office manager, I was told they were not there and neither were the dentist. I'm no longer interested in continuing care with this establishment. The facility is very clean, modern, and brand new, with updated equipment and chairs. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Nathan Nittayo is great--he keeps it real, explains everything clearly, and is transparent about what's necessary without trying to upsell like many other offices. He takes time to educate you on your condition in a way that's easy to understand. He even comes out to greet patients personally when entering and actually remembered me when I came back for follow-up work a month later. Appointments are punctual, and even during a cleaning scheduled with the hygenist, Dr. Nittayo checked in to answer questions when passing by. The hygienist I had was excellent too, and it was probably the most painless, comfortable deep cleaning I've ever had, done thoroughly in about an hour with explanations along the way. This office is a great addition to the area; it's a small but growing privately owned business that I hope will continue to grow.
