My dentist providers don't really evaluate me or ask about my dental concerns. They just clean my teeth. I asked about my dental concern or it doesn't get addressed. I was getting my dental cleaning and examination every 3-4 months per year at my previous dentist, had mentioned this from the beginning. I was told it was not a problem. The receptionist was suppose to address it with my insurance, my guess is she never did. Now they want me to pay out of pocket if I'm asking for my final routine cleaning for the year. The receptionist today didn't try to address my concern, just said I needed to pay out of pocket. She didn't care if I canceled my appointment or just didn't return anymore. I asked to speak to the office manager, I was told they were not there and neither were the dentist. I'm no longer interested in continuing care with this establishment.
