The final total was within the range he quoted over the phone and very reasonable. Brian was very patient while I checked to make sure the keys worked in the door lock, the buttons worked properly and the fobs started the car. My only oversight on my part was noticing that these fobs do not include buttons for the side doors, but that's not a big deal. This job would have cost much more in terms of time and money at a dealership. Payment over Zelle was quick and easy. Very happy with my experience!

I work a night shift and was coming out of work at about 4:00 a.m. My roadside assistance dispatch…read morethis company and they did not arrive until almost 7:30 in the morning. I had them tow them to a nearby Chevy dealer, who contacted me in the morning and said that my muffler was hanging on the ground and that some brackets were also up under the car were damaged. My car issue was with the starter and electrical issues it is a keyless entry and had nothing to do with the muffler! The mechanic explained that this commonly happens when a tow driver removes it off the flatbed improperly and the exhaust gets bent. And then the driver tried to hide it by tucking it up underneath until he had left and got the okay for the drop off from the dealerships examination. So they found it out after the fact and now the tow driver and company will not admit fault and is trying to blame it on the dealership who had nothing to do with the muffler. I had an extended warranty and should not have had to pay anything and now I have to go to court over something that I didn't even do and had no knowledge of. I was not able to stay with the car at the time of the towing because I had a ride and they had to go to work that day on a day shift. So I'm not impressed with this company for not owing up to what they did and me having to waste my valuable time going to court for something that I didn't even do and really don't know anything about and I'm just going by the professional mechanics who inform me of what they did. Do not use them they are shady! And also very disrespectful on the phone and very smart.

Perhaps the tow company merely tows and doesn't offer suggestions. Turns out that all I needed was a battery.
