Parking is in the medical center and they offer validation. The waiting room and the office is very clean, the girls at the front are friendly and helpful. Dr. Cheung is Fantastic!!!!! My son and I were quite nervous for his consultation but Dr. Cheung put us as complete ease, he made us laugh, he has great bedside manner and he explained the whole process of the surgery. The next day I heard from his staff on when the Dr could perform the surgery and the costs associated. His staff the two girls in the front were very pleasant, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I literally would call the office all the time and the girls were so kind to answer all my questions. Day of surgery I had a few questions regarding my sons medication and they were so kind to contact the Pharmacy and literally answer my questions and concerns. I called like 5x that day and not once did the girls sound annoyed they were genuinely happy to help. Day of surgery all went well and Dr. Cheung called that night to see how my son was doing and answered my questions. He was just really nice and such an amazing Dr. He really knows what he is doing. One thing that I also like about Dr. Cheung is that he is extremely honest, caring, knowledgeable and he doesn't over medicate. My son didn't require any pain meds, Dr. Cheung gave him some homeopathic meds which really helped with his healing, swelling and oral health. I'm so thankful to have this experience with Dr. Cheung, I highly recommend him. He is an AWESOME Dr.

I've had dental work done in the past that's had to be redone, and have had my fair share of unpleasant experiences, even during routine cleanings. I've been so sore and in pain for days, unable to properly eat, from just a regular tooth cleaning - I used to dread those appointments. It was very simple to make an appointment online which was already a plus. This place is also about 10 minutes away which was also convenient. The front staff is nice, not rude or condescending like some other places. I didn't have to wait long until I was called in. I had X-rays done, and then the Dr came in and actually spent a good amount of time just getting to know me as a person. After looking at my X-rays and doing a quick exam, he gave me a simple treatment plan for one tooth. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. I was even able to get my teeth cleaned with Zareh the same day and he was really efficient and gentle - no pain or soreness afterwards at all. I'll be going for my treatment in a few weeks so I'm a little nervous but feeling optimistic. I'll have to update this review after treatment so hopefully everything goes smoothly.

Initially they gave me a price and I informed them I already had the necessary X-rays for the procedure; they said they'd see and let me know if it would be less later if I still needed another and would need to pay MORE. So I scheduled my appointment and went hopes for the best but when I got there they still tried to make me pay for X-rays and I had to inform them again my dentist had already sent them over and they HAD received them. After this they wanted to schedule my surgery (pre-approval). I asked to wait to schedule until approval because they told me if pay $2,000+ and then based on IF it was approved they'd reimburse me. I said no thanks I would just wait cause they informed me it'd be a max of 8 weeks. After over 2 months I sent them several messages via their online website messenger asking to see if it was approved to schedule because I was in so much pain. They didn't bother getting back to me on any of those requests. After that I tried calling and asking if it was approved and they told me NO. When I asked if it'd be possible to check because it'd been so long they told me no and they weren't gonna call or pursue it. They told me to contact my insurance and blamed them. When I called my insurance they informed me that it was approved THE SAME DAY. They also sent them over the information and verified the surgery center had made no effort to contact them after submitting. After this I tried to inform the doctors I had seen about the issues and refusal to help with an APPROVED CLAIM and got no call back or anything. But can't expect much when they also informed me they don't document the calls they take (the secretary was kind enough to inform me, since they didn't log the MULTIPLE calls I made trying to get this appointment because I was in pain. The issue is that, if you have an out of network provider, sometimes they do not submit claims, they are behind on submitting claims, or provide false information. I've had issues where I was told my account had no balance in it and suddenly I am mailed a bill where my account actually had a bill numbering in the hundreds. Sometimes when I'm on the phone trying to figure this out via phone line, the office workers are quick to hang up and get the call over. Resulting in premature hang ups and repeated phone calls. Don't let this review turn you off from attending this office. The dentistry may have started to changed because they recently changed Dentist since the last year, I have moved dental office due to my insurance changing. Hope future patients receive better care and front office treatment than me.
