They worked seamlessly in this process, especially in that I drive over 50 miles to see Dr. Jenney for all of my dental care, so each appointment was well planned. I was seen on time and the impressions and placement of the crowns were handled perfectly. I am always made to feel comfortable and important as a patient. Then, just 24 hours before the scheduled visit, Lyons abruptly canceled the appointment via email with no explanation or offer to reschedule. Since then, both of us have repeatedly tried calling the office. I personally left multiple voicemails over several days with absolutely no response. The delays they caused--and the added work of having to get my children reassigned to a new provider--are completely unacceptable. Unless you're prepared for serious frustration and poor communication, avoid this location. If this is how they handle basic customer service, it's a troubling sign of how they manage the rest of their operations.

The hygienist took 30 minutes and did not do a deep cleaning. She used a water tool and scraped for less than 15 minutes. I addressed this with the hygienist and she said I wasn't scheduled for a deep cleaning today and also that my teeth were "fine" so this was the end of my session. Previously at my initial cleaning, the hygienist said preferred to use the water tool over hand scraping as it hurt her hand. Today I felt a bit of callousness from the hygienist and figured she didn't like to scrape, hence she never asked me how I was doing during the cleaning or checked on my comfort level. Now I see she was annoyed that she had to scrape my teeth when she thought I did not have an appointment. I made this appointment at my last cleaning and was told that Wednesdays are best if I wanted to be treated by the hygienist. I cleared my work schedule for an hour and a half today so I could get a true cleaning at 9am. The office staff (lady) was kind, very apologetic and wanted to correct this, but there was nothing to resolve. If there was an error with this appointment, then I should have been told this when I checked in and should have been told that I was not going to receive a deep cleaning. The staff also did not make me pay the co-pay as it was not a deep cleaning. The staff overall are kind and warm, but I won't be going back to this office.
