Braces didn't sound fun and Dr Janet offered liners which has worked out really well for my kid. He has more work yet to come but I'm REALLY impressed how great his teeth look after wearing his liners for 30 weeks. They are always very kind and make my kid feel good about his progress. I recommend liners for your kids terrible teeth and these dentists.

During the appointment, the dental assistant spoke to my children in a raised and condescending tone and was rough while performing a scan, which left my daughter visibly uncomfortable. When I asked that she please be gentle, the interaction became tense and the assistant's focus shifted to repeatedly warning us about a $50 fee next time a bracket comes off, even though the bracket had come off while my daughter was flossing and she was already avoiding restricted foods due to tenderness. I was also uncomfortable with some hygiene practices during the visit, as the assistant's hair repeatedly touched my children's faces and the scanner sleeve was removed before being placed in my child's mouth. In my experience, pediatric dental visits should involve patience, calm communication, and reassurance for children. I have shared these concerns directly with the office and hope they review the situation so families continue to receive the level of care we experienced in the past.
