I could not love my hair enough. Debbie listened to everyhing I wanted. She was like Wonder Woman. Clip, clip, chop, chop and I was in and out. My hair came out just the way I explained to her. She now has another customer for life. I truly appreciated her taking her time and squeezing me in knowing she had a tight schedule and she was still warm and friendly and all the woman, clients and co worker were very friendly. I was parked in this establishments parking lot this afternoon for 5 minutes awaiting for my son…read morewho is 12 and his 4 friends to give them a ride home from school... I was parked in the last spot right next to the sidewalk may I add there were a total of 3 other vehicles parked in there parking lot at the time plenty of spaces close to the buisness were available so I by no means was utilizing a paying customers parking spots... The so called manager came out walked all the way across the lot knocked on my window and informed me I had to leave... I responded to let her know that I had been parking in this spot every school day since September picking up children to bring them home and I would let them know another spot would be found to pick them up starting tomorrow... This woman raised her voice and told me to leave now... I tried to explain my child and his friends would not know where I was if I left and it would be 5 more minutes... This woman became infatuated with rage informing me she was the manager and I was to leave... I informed her I was not leaving and if it was that much of an issue to call the cops... The woman THE MANAGER OF THIS BUISNESS then called me a Bitch... I rolled up my window and informed her to step away from my vehical... I can only imagine how they treat there costumers if this is the way they treat someone minding there own buisness next to a side walk waiting quietly for 12 year old boys comming home from school... A police offer showed up my door this evening at 430pm the woman had called the cops and placed a complaint about my highlanger being in there parking lot for 5 minutes... The officer stated it was just a curtisory visit for me to let me know this manager had placed a complaint... The cop then stated they do not police parking lots and it seems like a pretty reasonable spot to park as long as there are open spots for there costumers... The cop said due to the extreme cold weather parent pickup at the middle school has been a mess with many concerns... I can tell you this after this experience I will be educating my family and friends to stay far away from this establishment going forward... Maybe it's time for a new manager with proper people skills...

I had originally scheduled with Hannah but unfortunately, she got sick and they had to cancel my appointment. They were super kind and apologetic about it and offered me another appointment the next day with another available hairstylist. They also honored the original quoted price. For example, Hannah charges $40 for a haircut, while the other stylist charges $50, they kept the price as $40. My new hairstylist was Dennise. I was attended to quickly and she sat down and had a conversation with me about what exactly I wanted and my past experiences. Honestly every time I have gone to a salon in the past few years, I leave disappointed. Last haircut I got was about 2 months before this one and they didn't cut it short enough or add any layers like I asked. It cost $150 and I was very unhappy with it. I showed Dennise some reference photos and she gave me suggestions and a walk through on what we could do to achieve what I wanted so that I wouldn't be surprised by anything. Unfortunately the picture I took with my new haircut doesn't really get the back of it so it doesn't do it justice. She did cut my hair slightly different because my natural hair is more to the curly side so she took shrinkage into consideration (and I wanted bangs). But my hair looked amazing! I honestly think I found myself a new permanent salon. I could not recommend them enough. I also saw them do a vibrant purple color on someone and it looked fantastic!!

My daughter is devastated and now walking around like this for holidays and I'm pretty disturbed we were charged $150 for a few highlights, this disaster in the back, and a trim that took 10 minutes of actual hair cutting. They're pretty efficient and friendly enough. Only complaint would be that sometimes they are closed despite business hours saying they'd be open. One way to tell if they're open before pulling into the parking lot is to see if their flag is hanging outside the door. Overall, if you need a no frills haircut, this is the place to go!
