I love the fact that they are 24 hours! That's fantastic because I'm a super early bird! I had found the one closest to home and read the reviews on Yelp DAILY lol trying to make a decision. Today was the day! Instead of heading to the gym, I decided to go get my hair done. I arrived and the door was locked which was good because it was early but Emed saw me :) he smiled and advised the gentleman to open the door. I was greeted by a crew of nice men who said "good morning, how are you?" Which was nice because I'm the annoying morning person and I love to greet and be greeted lol I felt comfortable and the young man at the desk asked what services I needed. Basic, wash, deep conditioning and blow out. I went to get a cape, and got right to the shampoo bowl. Emed was incredible! Solid wash! I know the reviews said rough but I like rough because my scalp needs cleaning! The conditioner treatment was nice, sitting under the steamer. I was then sent to Aydin. He was very kind and did a fantastic job on my hair! I felt like a new woman! I appreciate what Mena's offers and I was out the door in 75 minutes! I will definitely be back!

(Which I confirmed each time) I arrive at 8:42am. The shop was still closed. She herself did not arrive until 9:10am. 2. If you are getting a full sew in (no leave out) BEWARE she uses glue (which she did not advise prior to using AND IM ALLERGIC TO THE LATEX IN HAIR GLUE but she will ask if you want scalp oil prior to placing on the net) 3. After saying "No" to track splitting and weft cuts she STILL cut my top wefts. This is my 3rd time wearing this hair and I've never had to have the wefts cut. 4. If you are natural TRUST me come with your hair dried and detangled. 5. If you have thinning hair she does a technique to fill in those spaces. 6. Fast service

You end up with what she either envisions for you or, out-of-date styles she's capable of doing. I've never gotten what I requested.
