From our very first phone call, to the installation , they were VERY professional.( I was referred to them by a friend who is in the construction business , so I new that I would be working with a honest company.) He took time to work out the details for our free standing pergola to make sure it fit the space well. His information on the company was good and well explained. We wanted to put an attached carport alongside our home. The size was a whopping 40'x18'. Shadeworks came, gave us a no pressure free estimate and we got the build.
