Their service from my first contact through installation was second to none - A++++ in my opinion. The company got back to me almost immediately when I initially contacted them online. Once I knew when the blinds were scheduled to arrive I set up my installation date. On the morning of the installation, I received a text message telling me who was coming, a picture of one of the installers and the estimated time of arrival. When they arrived at my home, everything went like clockwork and the whole process was seamless. Kody and his partner were friendly, clean and neat and lots of fun to work with. This is our 2nd house to use Duff's Blinds Custom Window Treatments. Both times we have been taken…read moreso well care of. During COVID, of course, like all other businesses the manufacturing of the Window Treatments have taken a week or so more for a specific item. However, it positively is worth the wait and I am pleased with every single window treatment. The best part of using Duff's is I don't have to worry or think about anything once I call to place an order. The measurements are promptly taken, and I get help picking out the specific type of window treatment, and then I can take it off of my to-do list because in a few weeks every window will be complete. All I have to do is open my door to let the window treatments come in to be installed. We have a variety of kinds of treatments and all are spectacular. Since the company has grown from the first time we used it, additional staff has been hired to help with installation. And the hired staff installers were in and out of our home in know time. I love that the company takes such pride in doing great work and helping me to pick out or suggest a particular kind of window treatment for a room based on its purpose. For example, we have beautiful roller blinds in two windows that allow light to come into the home but doesn't allow someone outside to see in. We have two honeycomb blinds in rooms that were getting a lot of sun; these have cut down on the temperature change. And in our media room we installed blackout honeycomb blinds that absolutely work --when down the room is totally blacked out and a great for movie night. In most other rooms and garage we have the regular high quality white faux wood blinds. We had these in our first home and these ended up being our favorite! I highly recommend them for any room and they really go with any decor. And I will be calling them back to door our southern shutters for our dining room as soon as we are ready. We had some of these shutters in our first home and it is a capital investment in your home that increases your homes value. These shutters really impress buyers!

Brentwood Blinds has poor customer service and does not stand behind their product. After they cash…read moreyour check, they want another check or they will never return. My issue was with replacement of plastic pulls- I hope no one out there has an actual structural or mechanical issue with shades installed by Brentwood Blinds! This company installed blinds in our bedroom. I ordered, chose fabric, and they installed fabric roman blinds. The whole point was to make our bedroom dark (south and west exposure), because I can't sleep with light in the room, which of course I made clear to them The blinds are beautiful, and the installation process was fine, but there are gaps all the way around all the windows. I called to ask about it (they installed during the day...) and they told me it's unavoidable because of the size of the window and the fabric I chose. COULD THEY NOT HAVE TOLD ME THAT WHEN I WAS MAKING MY SELECTION??? But no, they didn't mention it before they installed, which IMO means they knew it would happen and didn't tell me, or were making excuses. *Note the gap at the top in the photo!! So I have had to live with the semi-darkened room even tough I paid for Hunter Douglas blackouts. Fast forward 2 years, and the pulls start breaking, so my husband calls to ask for replacement pulls since they are Hunter Douglas and under warranty. Yes, the pulls are free from Hunter Douglas, but you have to pay for a service call on your almost $5000.00 shades because Hunter Douglas supplies free replacements (we called and they sent them) but we need more cash. 3 stars for the fact that they did deliver HD blinds, which they didn't make, but the actual installation of the blinds they should have told me not to get was fine. In fact, going up and changing it to 2 because good installation is not enough. We all pay up for service! I can get Hunter Douglas at Home Depot! I think.... So, I now need blinds in my kitchen because there are new owners next door, and I will go with Classic Blinds, a well respected shop here in the Nashville area. BTW: when we called Hunter Douglas and told them we needed new pulls and our local dealer wanted to charge *well over* $100.00 (pushing 200$) for "coming out to take a look" before replacement, Hunter Douglas said that was ridiculous and sent us replacements direct. Brentwood blinds has poor customer service and does not stand behind their product.
