Excellent Service from Start to Finish I recently purchased motorized shades for my lanai from Shades West and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was smooth and professional. The owner Stephen was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me because I am a very discerning and picky customer :-) The quality of the shades were outstanding and top notch. Very clean and neat install and fits perfectly. The installation was quick, and the technicians were 2 brothers that looked like twins and completed each other's sentences.:-) They had amazing workmanship and chemistry. They were so meticulous and very thorough. I really appreciate how they took the time to ensure everything was properly fitted and working perfectly and clean. If you're in the market for new motorized or specialty shades I highly recommend Shades West. Great quality, great service, and great prices! read more

Not really a review person but after the incredible experience I had with Stephen and his staff at shades west I had to write one. I mean the whole process was seamless from the appointment to the quote to install. Stephen helped me pick automatic shades that fit perfectly guiding me through what would fit my needs best. They always kept me updated on the product delivery and date for install. Once installed they even called to follow up and check in to see how the shades were working out. I mean incredible service and incredible product. Next house and any future properties there will be no discussion I'm calling shades west. Thank you Stephen and your team for an incredible experience. More companies should take notes. read more

I am a very part time Florida resident and needed 15, 10ft shades motorized. Having limited business service contacts in FL, I went online and found Shades West has strong reviews. I called SW and spoke to Steve, the owner. We made an appointment for him to see the project...he arrived on time. He gave me a fair price and I hired him for my project. I had a short time frame to get the work completed...he assured me, he and his technician would be here on a specific day. True to his word, the work was professionally completed as promised. I highly recommend Shades West!! Steve takes pride in his company's work and his follow up is impeccable...Shades West is second to none!! Hire them...you'll be glad you did!! read more

I moved into a newly built home and needed to buy window coverings. I received a postcard in the mail from Shades West. We quickly set up an appointment to discuss design and I narrowed it down to three choices. I enjoyed seeing the samples in my home and it definitely impacted my decisions. After receiving the quote I narrowed down my choice and made some final adjustments. I have my shades installed and I'm very pleased! Everyone that I visited with at Shades West were wonderful and I would highly recommend them! read more

Shades West is great and the owner, Stephen, is knowledgeable, professional and extremely responsive. They came out quickly after my call and my shades were installed within 2 weeks!! The installer was fantastic. The price on the solar shades for my lanai was very reasonable as I had checked pricing at a few places. The shades look great and really cut down on the heat in the lanai. Love them!! If you need any kind of shades for your home, call Shades West!! You won't be sorry!! read more

I highly recommend Shades West as your professional custom window coverings company. The owner, Stephen, is accessible. He answers the phone or gets right back to you. He listens and makes helpful suggestions. I was more than pleased, I was thrilled with the blinds for my windows and luminettes for my sliding glass door.
