I made another appointment to purchase more shutters or blinds, and to adjust the shutter that was not closing. I waited and they were late. After contacting the company to confirm my appointment, it was acknowledged that I was, in fact, on the schedule. Yet, over looked. Poor business practices. I will not recommend this company.

They came out and measured all of my windows, but when the installer arrived, the shade for my door window was too short. The installer never mentioned the issue--I had to point it out myself. To make matters worse, there were three additional windows that had been measured, and I was under the impression they had been ordered. When the installers didn't install them, I called the office to find out why, only to be told they had never been ordered in the first place. That was a very disappointing surprise after waiting for installation. I also specifically requested that the installers give me about a 20-minute heads-up before arriving so I could be prepared. I never received a call--they simply showed up. Mistakes can happen, but poor communication, ordering errors, and failing to follow simple customer requests made this a very frustrating experience. Amy came out to do our initial estimate. She was nice and efficient and gave us what we felt was a very reasonable price. We would have to wait about three weeks for the blinds to come in after ordering. We were OK with that. We got a call yesterday from Mark, the owner, that our blinds were in and he was able to schedule the installation for today, which was very nice. I did not get the name of the actuall technician and his assistant but they were very good and it only took about an hour to install about 9 sets of faux-wood blinds. We are very pleased with the final result. Just a heads up when ordering blinds: make sure you know on which side of the blind you want the wand. And let the person giving you the estimate know.

We recently had a chance to "kick the tires" on the lifetime warranty clause, having a few of our blinds "squeaking" and a few were hard to roll up. Called the company on Eagle and they had one of their install experts drop in .. he called before coming by and was true to the time guess. Ben was a pro, came in observed the issues and then went about fixing everything. He explained the why behind the what AND showed us how to fix if the noise ever returned. All in all .. great experience. The only ding was the $75 service fee which I understand .. but cost them one star in the review today :)

We finally were told the order wasnt put in their system. When I tried to get our money back, they told me the owner was out of town, a check would be cut in 5 days & would be mailed, refusing to allow us to pick up the money.
