Unlike many Realtors I'd spoken to she wasn't condescending and seemed genuinely excited to work with me. Once I signed on to work with Tammy the search for a house went relatively quickly and after we looked at some homes she helped me work through the mountain of required paperwork and was always on top of all of the time lines and schedules that are necessary to get to the closing table. I settled on my house on 9/30 and even after the settlement she's been working with me on resolving an issue that I'm having with my mortgage lender. The fact that she's working with me even AFTER the settlement says a lot about the kind of person she is. Caring for the customer after the sale is rare in today's world and I really appreciate it. When "cold calling" a prospective client do you want to wake them up? Do you want to wake their mother? This agent continued to call my mother's cell phone into the evening until she picked up.
