Police will not help you if you live in these poverty ridden areas either. I've had new bedsheets, debit card, packages, diapers, lawn furniture all stolen and more. I've had people run in my apartment and Ive been assaulted. Nobody does anything. There's never heat or hot water. Mouse infestation and cockroaches on every property they own.

Have rented with prokos this past year and haven't had a worst experience renting in my entire…read morelife. The combination of laziness, lack of communication and broken promises is very upsetting. I have several friends who have rented with Prokos and feel the same way. Do not recommend this rental company whatsoever.
