They listened to our stories, her love of family, her sense of humor, her strength, and even of her horrible driving. They helped us create a service and an amazing! obit online that truly reflected her life. We knew they knew what they were doing. Everything was just right. At the graveside, they arranged the military honors for mom as she was in the Air Force which was big in her life, started with military, then the priest, and then even had a bagpiper at the end which didn't leave a dry eye. I can't even describe how moving that was. Seeing the flag folded with such respect by some military guys brought a lot of emotions, but the bagpiper at the end, it was something. None of us will ever forget it. Everyone there treated us with so much compassion and patience. They handled all the details even some quick last minute requests for visitation, thanks sound person! We didn't have to worry about anything, and that meant the world to us. We didn't know the local Catholic Priest, but Smith's helped helped us arrange a funeral mass at St Mary's which was just beautiful and we know she was looking down at us. You could tell this isn't just a job that they do it from the heart. We'll always be grateful for how they cared for Mom and for us. In a hard time, they made things feel a little lighter, a little more peaceful and didn't seem like the typical stereotype of a funeral director I have I guess. If you ever find yourself needing their services, I can promise you'll be in the best of hands.

Steve Warthman was a great guy and told me what I needed. Before he could get to me he passed away. I paid him for a 500' well with 400 ft. of casing. His son put in a 400' well with 240 ft. of casing. Every day I would come home from work and Warthma's son would be in the cab of the truck with a 12 pack of beer. The well hole started going crooked but he didn't see it because he was in the truck. He had to quit drilling at 400' because the casing would no longer go down. I am in a vein of water that has more iron than water and had to put in a $12,000 water treatment system because of this. Vickroy has maintained my well since then and every time he comes out it takes longer than it should because of the shoddy work of Warthman.

I had Jimmy from SGMR come and give me an estimate on a ceiling drywall repair job on May 29th, he…read moresaid it should take him about 6 hours total. 13 weeks and a lot of deceit later, I have paid a total of $310 and the job is only about 60% done. I reached out to his boss who assured me that Jimmy would be there last week as promised but again another excuse and he didn't show. Jimmy seemed like a great guy, he was polite, he cleaned up after he worked and was good with my dog and my kids. But how I was ghosted, lied to and ignored is absolutely terrible, I'm out $310 and over 4 months of frustration and I am back to square one.
