Even though my family was indecisive and took more of his time than we really should have, Reverend Dr. Hardman patiently helped us with all our requests. I highly recommend this funeral home. Do not use this company. I called from CA last year to have three ancestor's headstones repaired…read moreat a nearby cemetery. A $1100 payment was required upfront. I was told the repair had to take place in the Spring, about 6 months away. I sent off the check, no receipt, no word from the company until I called late Spring. Then, as if I had just refreshed their memories, a photo was sent with the three monuments and some concrete forms. After that, no word. I just got back from a visit out East, and I visited this cemetery, the headstones repaired, but not cleaned (a maybe $100 item at other cemeteries that I assumed would be included). I called Logan Monument, left message, and got no reply. I've done repairs/cleanings at other cemeteries across the country, much cheaper and better service, ALWAYS a photo sent upon completion. PS-I finally got through, the woman kept interrupting, then hung up on me. So much for their customer service department.
