Nobody could thrive on any of ProJo's property. basic and psychological needs are neglected. Managers don't care about property or tenants and neither do owners. Police will not help you if you live in these poverty ridden areas either. I've had new bedsheets, debit card, packages, diapers, lawn furniture all stolen and more. Have rented with prokos this past year and haven't had a worst experience renting in my entire life. The combination of laziness, lack of communication and broken promises is very upsetting. I have several friends who have rented with Prokos and feel the same way. Do not recommend this rental company whatsoever. read more

I rented a parking space from them that was to end May 1. My daughter stopped using it due to Ohio University shutting down in early March. I asked for just a refund for April. I was told no because they lost $20000 in their hotel business due to the virus. So I guess their policy is if one part of their business is suffering then we screw over our customers to make up for the deficit. Nice business plan. read more
