If you call, it will ring and you will get a message saying "your call is very important to us" for about 15 minutes and then it will say "thank you, goodbye" and cut out. I actually just received a call from them after having to go through SureBridge and All State Health Solutions asking why I canceled my policies. I told them due to a lack of communication and that I still have not gotten my refund from SureBridge. In the background, I heard someone saying "Oh, she pissed" Then the guy I was speaking to......pretty sure his name was Antonio Boil said I'll look into that for you and then hung up on me! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Save yourself the many headaches they have caused me over the period of two months!!!!!!!!!!!
