Scheduled installation for October 20th. No problems so far. However...after installation I found seams were unacceptable and there was a bedroom door damaged by the installer forcing it open too much and the door stopper punched a hole in it. I KNOW it wasn't there beforehand. It took a second call to have a guy come look at the seams and door on November 17th. The guy said he would get back to me in a few days. Nothing. A call the week before Christmas was met by ignorance. "What door? Did he take pictures?" My call the next day was received by someone a little more in the know. Said they would send someone out when they were in our area. I stressed we were hosting the Christmas gathering. Second set of installers showed up unannounced (glad I was home!) and spent 1 1/2 hours repairing two 3-ft seams! And they look worse than before! One of the guys took pictures and measurements of the bedroom door. I called Carpet Pros on February 7th and asked about the door, to which they had to track down the original guy who came and took pictures to confirm there was an issue. I told them I wanted the door in a week or I would be contacting BBB. It is February 16th and no word. Yes, I will be in touch with BBB and letting Home Depot know about my dissatisfaction. I will live with the seam issue as the bed covers up most of it in one room and the other room is not used a lot.

He is very involved and he thanks us for our business all of the time. He continues to earn our business by delivering amazing customer service and asking about products we would like to see and actually getting them in for us. We have had some emergency situations such as some carpet being stolen from a home right before closing, and Dave has stepped in and made things happen in an amazingly quick fashion. He has personally helped some of our folks by meeting them after hours or on a weekend when it was important. We have never had him not bend over backwards to deliver great service. Patty is also awesome. She is very knowledgeable and also works hard to deliver great customer service. If there is ever even a minor hiccup, Dave is involved and making sure things get taken care of, and that everyone is happy. Their pricing is very fair, and their selection is very large, and constantly changing and staying current. It's not a big ugly warehouse that you are left to wonder through by yourself. It's warm and inviting, with a lot of selection and help. Dave and Patty both know their products inside and out and can help people make wise decisions based on their needs and desires. As a builder we have floor covering and tile places trying to get our business on a regular basis. We have no interest because we know exactly what to expect from Murley's and there is no reason to change. They are truly the best of the best and I can't recommend them highly enough.

She indicated that no printed, emailed, or texted pricing info was permitted, per Murley's policy. (Although that wasn't the case when I was pricing flooring with them weeks earlier). When I came in on a Sat, I was informed that no one else could provide me with the requested pricing on tile b/c Allie was off that day. Just crazy. I had already put $500 down to hold pricing on my 2,000 sq ft house flooring with Murley's. But b/c of the hassle when trying to obtain tile pricing, I ended up going elsewhere that day so that I'd be ready to meet with my bathroom contractor on Sunday with actual materials costs. I got pricing on everything I wanted in about 20 min! And they even met Murley's price on flooring. Let's just say Murley's worked REALLY hard to lose my business. But they did it. I'll never go back. And I can't recommend them in good conscience to anyone else.

This work took over six months with many delays and re-dos. Now, only 3 years later, the shower floor is leaking. The subcontractor was Vadim Zolotnyuk, VZ Precise LLC. As soon as the damage was detected (June 2025), we contacted Great Floors and are advised they only provide a 1 year warranty. One year on a complete shower remodel? A shower should MANY MANY more years than this! The estimate to repair is more than $7,000 because the subcontractor also took the extra tile and of course it's discontinued. Our entire remodel cost well over $30,000. Customers should expect better treatment than this. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This experience wasn't good from the beginning. We were first promised the work would start on a…read morecertain day and it didn't. When work FINALLY started, it was very slow. The drywall work inched along and one of the guys was sick while doing the work and even fell asleep in our home while he waiting for someone to pick him up. The drywall work finally was finished (after almost a week when we were told it would take a few days) and then it was time for the flooring to be put down. Javier showed up on the first day of flooring and worked for a couple hours and went home sick and never came back. Vern stuck it out and did what he could, but according to Vern, Javier was the "flooring guy" and would come back to fix the issues but we never heard from anyone ever again. We have planks of flooring that are spaced apart and other planks that have chip damage in them and we wanted them fixed but no one could be bothered to come back and do the work. We walked around the house with blue tape on the floor for almost a month before we gave up. We paid in cash, on time when asked and didn't get the treatment back that we should have been given. Javier was very destructive to me in my personal life AND professional life. Find someone else to do work for your home.
