Although we have vinyl siding, we realized that the wood trim and wood soffits had not been painted in ten years and were looking shabby. It made sense to have all this freshly painted along with the new plywood sections. Since painters are as busy as roofers in the summer, we were very happy when MG Painting was able to fit us into their schedule last week. They not only painted all the wood members but they also pressure washed the vinyl siding around the whole house and replaced a rotted wood fascia board. Our house looks brand new! We also appreciated his advice on some trim details that his experience brought into focus. The house needed a pressure washing, and we had some rot on deck boards that needed to be replaced. As with many projects, we found more needed repair than expected, as the deck boards hid greater rot on the joists, and a two-hour repair job turned into a full day's work. But the crew, headed by Solomon, repaired it all and still kept us on schedule! The painting was done efficiently, with exceptional attention to detail and our specifications, and with as little inconvenience to us as possible. Solomon's crew was professional, personable, competent, and skilled. The result was *exactly* what we wanted, and even with the extensive repair work, well within budget. We are so pleased with the job that we will be having Rob's team back in the autumn to do some interior painting. Top marks for Potts Painting!

Ismael was very friendly and offered all kinds of help and reassurances, that his team would help me get the outside ready to sell. We established a contract to lay paver walkways, fix existing stairs, regrade the driveway, straighten my back fence, fix the sump pump, fix the side street drainage, and build a small bench/step in the backyard. I had some fencing that jogged between the garage & the side stairs to hide my awful AC unit. Ismael suggested removing that area because it would open up the flow of the side yard. And he was absolutely correct. At some point after more talking, I agreed to replace some retaining walls with new wall block and add more capstone. This was a $6k increase. I won't disclose the first price because it doesn't apply. However the fact that there was an initial contract that would get me, to a ready to sell place, is. Obviously an increased contract would do that & more. Rather than state what they did or didn't do, I'm just going to post some photos and videos of what they left me with. As of a week ago, I was told that they were done with the project and that I had shorted them $500. There is $500 left to pay, however my landscape is far from sale ready. My hope is that they will agree to finish, but if not, I guess I learned that withholding $500 is not enough to get this company to honor their words.

Brandon is knowledgeable and took the time to explain things and was very respectful of what I did and did not want done. He was careful and even applied extra moss killer powder on the areas that had more moss. Photos were taken of my roof top before and after treatment, which I found useful.
