Never heard a word until I called in May about the repair still not repaired waiting for hose. I asked for my money back on the repairs that were done before. it is obvious that they had no idea what the problem was. I purchased a new generator because I did not want to be without one. they wanted to charge me to return the generator. I said no and I said I just wanted the money that I paid for the repairs and you can keep my old generator. I received the money. what a way to do business.

On the first occasion, Millman installed all new lighting fixtures throughout my place, which I had pre-purchased online. Most were replacements, three required new mounts and runs. Also had motion sensitive switches and dimmer switches installed. I supplied LED bulbs to be used in each fixture. Outstanding job. The second time, I had most of the electrical in my two bathrooms updated, new LED ceiling fans, LED lighting over the shower in one bath and the tub in another, and the bathroom switching reworked. Also great job. The most recent time I had Brian replace all the Occupancy switches in my place because I was unhappy with the old ones I had chosen. Two other external light switches were replaced with versions with digital timers. Again, terrific job. I would have no problem recommending Brian for any job, his estimates have always been close to the mark and the prices fair. As I mentioned in my original post, this was my fault too since they did provide price up front. Will I choose them to do my job next time? Maybe. However I would definitely do some research first if time permits. The new heater is really quiet and I am happy about that. Another point I want to raise is that the plumber did a good job on installation but not the clean-up part. My wife and I spent almost an hour to clean up staircase and basement last night and we also found out there was some new dents on stairs. And I am not even sure what we get for the annual maintenance. There is no trouble-shooting or preventive maintenance. Shortly after each annual maintenance, it coincidentally seems to fails its weekly self-test. One of the receptionists is worthless -- rude and dismissive. It seems as though they are not interested in remedial maintenance -- only new installations and component replacements (no trouble-shooting). The technicians seem incompetent. They charge a ridiculous amount for each visit without a guarantee of repair. One time we had a failure because of mice eating the wires but the technician would not fix it because he was afraid of the mice.
