I posted this review in Dr. Miller yelp page, but since many people would only come here (the office review page), I felt like doubling it here as well.
My story happened 6 years ago, but I am still haunted by my experience with my firstborn. I have gotten a second child now and, thankfully, I have found a great doctor and my experience is completely different this time.
Please note, I am posting this not because I am a mean person or wish Dr. Miller and Dr. Johnson ill, but because I hope it helps someone to avoid the same thing that happened to me.
If you feel that there is something wrong, NO MATTER what your regular doctor says - get a second opinion!

I chose the SF bay pediatrics office for my NB (then) son and now I regret it. Honestly, I am still mad when I think of the Dr.Miller and Dr.Johnson.
I liked the charisma of Dr.Johnson, when I saw him at the hospital, I liked the vibe - he was easy to talk to, seemed well informed, and overall nice. BIG mistake, HUGE!
My son didn't sleep. Well, he slept for 15 minutes (at most, and I am not exaggerating) and then cried. All the time. Every day. It started when he was 3-4 weeks old, so OF COURSE doctor Miller assumed it was just colic. Who am I to argue? It is my first baby, I have NO IDEA what they should and shouldn't do.
For three (THREE) months I believed it was colic and waited for that magical night when I will sleep for... couple of hours? Huh?
I was telling that to Dr.Miller, but she kept saying that he is just "fussy baby". By that time I was so sleep deprived I couldn't think straight. That was my second mistake - I should have done some research on my own...
I even made a sleep chart where I put the "fall-asleep/wake-up-crying" times for a couple of days. Still, it didn't look unusual to Dr.Miller. Yep. A 3-4 month old baby sleeping in 15-20 minutes every time, for 9-10 hours a day total - absolutely normal!
Well, by 5 months my son developed blood streaks in his stool. My poor baby! He held up for soooooo long! I called the office, Dr.Johnson was in the office and he saw my baby. You know what he said? He said that there are some "polyps" that babies have sometimes that gives such blood streaks. TADA! REALLY?????? Well, he is a doctor, I believed! (Was toooooo tired to even research "blood streaks" online - remember, I had no sleep for 5 months! And my son too!).
In a week we came for a regular checkup. I brought up the fact that the blood streaks didn't go away and Dr.Miller asked me "what blood streaks???" It means she didn't even look at his chart before the appointment. Come OOOOON!
Oh, I do realize that doctors are humans too, that they can make mistakes and all... But my son is the only one for ME. And I want a doctor who cares. Thank you SFBay, for nothing.
If you are interested, when Dr.Miller finally figured it out - my son simply was sensitive to milk and milk products that I was eating (he was breastfed). And it took two doctors and 5 months of time to figure it out.
I do blame myself, yes, I shouldn't have believed the mainstream "eat everything" idea, I should have listened to myself. But still, I do believe these doctors are responsible for what happened. My son and I STRUGGLED, we were MISERABLE and I am sure, Dr.Miller saw it, she just didn't care enough.
I hope she and Dr.Johnson read it. I hope they feel bad for what happened.
