The agents at this place are unprofessional and it seems like most of the listings they have are apartments that are not suitable for decent people. Why would an agent show an apartment that looks and smells inappropriate? Why would an agency want to tarnish their reputation by having a listing for an apartment that is neglected by the landlord or homeowner? There are so many other realty agencies that displays professionalism and has listings of well-kept apartments. I was able to find an apartment from a referral from a friend. If I could give this Realty Zero stars, I would. Let's start with me calling this office for an inquire on a house. A woman by the name of Lisa Koenig picked up with an attitude to begin with. Not a very friendly woman. She asked me several questions regarding preapproval which was not a problem to receive prior to viewing this home. At this point she was willing to show me the house with a pre- approval. I texted her a question regarding if she was the listing agent because I did not need a buyers agent due to my fiancé being a buyers agent and also the one looking to buy a home. Lisa Koenig called me Immediately! I was actually impressed on how fast she called me back but to my surprise, it was not a pleasant call. She started to yell at me saying that i did not know anything about buyers or sellers agents and that I do not know how real estate works. This woman was extremely condescending and unprofessional. I felt extremely disrespected and discriminated against!! In Lisa Koenig's Personal Profile, it states: Lisa wants to utilize her knowledge and experience to HELP guide sellers and buyers to make the right choice. That her goal is to try to make this process as STRESS - FREE as possible. This woman can not provide this support if she does not know how to master professionalism or to just be a kind person.
