I spent a long time there looking at their many samples to find a fabric suitable for the cushions in my sunroom. I truly appreciated that I was allowed to examine all of their samples without interference and without feeling impelled to make a hasty choice, and when I did ask questions, there were staff standing by to help. After narrowing my list down, they allowed me to take home several samples for consideration. Everyone seemed determined that I make the best choice regarding what I needed. In all my seventy-eight years, I don't believe anyone has ever spoken to me the way he did. I called to ask if he would be able to repair my machine if my local dealer could not. He proceeded to tell me how "silly" (his words) I was for asking him that. I was confused. He wouldn't allow me to explain anything. He talked over me, eventually telling me to take my machine elsewhere, and hung up on me. I had never said an unkind word to him! I sat there stunned. This man is in serious need of counseling. Judging from Moye's reviews, I see that I am not the only person who has been on the receiving end of his nasty temper. I am related to a retired sewing machine repairman who told me that if someone made him mad, he would deliberately damage a customer's machine. I don't know if Moye would do that or not, but I certainly would not trust him. And you people who paid for repairs and received non-functioning machines, three words for you: Better Business Bureau. Moye is not an associate but according to Google, BBB will still accept feedback. It's free and easy to file online. Takes about 3 minutes. Also, small claims court is available.
