The top of the front was all pulled threads, and underneath that, there is pulled threads right out, so the dress now has runs in it. The girl there was wonderful even admitting to the past owner that when the dress was brought in, it didn't have any of that mess on it. Scott the owner offered me a $250.00 gift certificate for dry cleaning. Nice try Scott I never dry clean anything anymore. The dress had to be done by Professionals, so that's why I went there. The Worst & Lousiest Cell phone repair shop. Not recommending at all…read more I was there at their shop to fix my phone because it was bugging out ! The guy who was there named "roberto" told me that they gonna update a software "without erasing anything from" After a 3hours I showed to get my phone, and I was shocked because Everything was deleted from it : my family pictures and videos, my work documents, my contacts...literally everything. Then roberto, called someone else to tell me a pile of meaningless excuses of what he did.. He said that roberto doesn't know nothing about phones repairing, he's there just to talk to people, and he didn't told him nothing about saving my data before starting his shitty job, even it was montioned on their repair details sheet. Just stay away from those unprofessional guys, if there's less than 1 star, I'd give it to them.

One of the events was very short notice but they made it work out and the trophies were loved. I also got a series of trophies for a fundraiser and again no complaints.
