the owner Alec Johnson has relationships with certain dealers in the area and I was sold a car from a real shady character so it reflects poorly on Alec and Seventh Wing, esp since my complaint 3 weeks after purchase has gone without a response from him. I was recently sold a 2017 Range Rover Sport Diesel but wasn't told that with these new diesels you MUST be a freeway driver. Every 300-500 miles, the engines exhaust filter needs cleaning. Because I only drive 6 miles round trip to work each day, I drive surface streets and am rarely on the freeway. In order for the exhaust filter to be cleaned the car has to be driven for 20 minutes at 40 miles an hour or more. This has to be done every 300/500 miles or else the engine burns. MAJOR DETAIL that was left out. I'm not sure why I wasn't told this, but after repeated phone calls, emails, and letters to the dealer (and SeventhWing), my issue has gone without any resolution other than the response "everyone in LA drives on a freeway". Alec and SeventhWing never took any responsibility and should have disclosed this major detail about Range Rover Sport Diesels, it's his job to be aware of this and provide assistance even after the sale. read more

I spent about 10 minutes telling Alec the details of what I was looking for in my next car and about 6 minutes filling out the online credit application on his website.
