So many choices and even at 8/9a in the morning, you can get one of the lunch bagel sandwiches. The place is small with a few tables to eat at. Note prices are a bit higher if you decide to dine-in. Service is order at the register and pick it up at the counter when your number is called. Nice little shop. Simply wonderful. I was blown away by this place, with its scrumptious gourmet bagels and amazing juice and smoothie menu. I thought I was stepping into just another sandwich joint, but boy was I wrong! This place is the king of sandwich joints, the jewel in the crown of the IFSC lunchtime offerings. I'm a big fan of variety and I like to sample a lot of different businesses, but when in the IFSC (Dublin's business district) I find myself obsessing over the Seven Wonders bagels long before I should even be thinking about lunch. So apologies to the other businesses in the area - I may never try you... So what's so special about the Seven Wonders bagels? They taste so DAMN good, and with awesome flavours like peking duck, thai chicken and mediterranean vegetables, there's something here for every taste. I may be mistaken, but they even taste healthy! There is also a very tempting smoothie menu, which includes peach, mango, coconut and all the usual smoothie offerings. You can physically SEE the fresh fruit behind the counter, so you know these guys are the real deal. Coffee and tea is also served, in very large mugs for those who are dining in, and the salad selection is wide and the servings very generous. The eat-in area tends to be quite crowded and you get the sense of being a little rushed, so I'd probably recommend it more as a 'grab and go' kind of place. But it's a must try if you happen to be in the IFSC at lunchtime. read more

yeah lots of people rave about Seven Wonders and definitely it's a favourite place of people working in the IFSC for lunch. However it really doesn't appeal to me. I'll totally admit that their food is fresh and that they have innovative combinations, but I think there's something missing. I would say they need to include some more 'normal' combinations for their bagels etc, sometimes you do just want something a bit plainer. So while I'm not saying they do a bad job I think they could also do some more usual flavour combinations as I find them a bit too outside the box for my taste. read more

I first visited Seven Wonders for their coffee - which is pretty good - but now I've developed an insane passion for their smoothies. I like coming here mostly on the weekends and sit outside, sipping on one of their delicious beverages. As I was saying, the best things in this place, in my opinion, are the juices and smoothies, especially the latter. They come in three sizes: small, medium and large. The small one is a very decent portion and the large is enormous. They have a lot of different ingredient combinations so I just keep trying out a different one every time I go there. They're creamy, dense, foamy and icy. The texture is perfect. And then you have all the flavours. Fruits and nuts along with the sweetness of the milk or the slight sourness of the frozen yoghurt. I know a lot of places serve smoothies that are good or at the very least decent, but the ones at Seven Wonders are some of the best I've had, a completely different league. There's also the "healthy factor" about it: you can look up the nutritional information about each of their products on their website. And you can ask for "boosters" for an extra 50cents, like more protein. If there's one thing I don't like about Seven Wonders is the fact that they close up so early, especially during the weekend, though I know "early" is an extremely relative concept - 5pm for me is a perfect time in the afternoon for a snack. This place is an old reliable for me. When I first moved to IFSC area, I practically overdosed on bagels from here. There's so many places to get food in the IFSC, so I'm not really sure what SW "does" that would make you go out of your way to go there. The sandwiches here are great! Very busy at lunch time but service is also very fast, so don't be deterred by the line. Good price too, considering they don't skimp on the fillings. You can get any sandwich on their large menu on either a bagel, bread or wrap. They have an impressive salad menu too, all of which are also packed with toppings. I really enjoy the Mediterranean bagel, the ingredients are all very fresh and the flavors are great. They do some fresh juices as well but I haven't tried one yet. For the area this place is definitely my fav. for a good sandwich, very conveniently located. Tried a salad and the pasta, and while the salad was excellent and fresh, it was drenched in dressing, same as the pasta. Seems like all of the good you're supposed to get from a salad is outweighed by the amount of dressing they slather on! The flavor is great but I didn't finish either meal because it was too overwhelming. Though, I did love the salad so I'd order it again and just ask for less dressing, which I'm sure they'd be happy to do. Apparently the coffee here is also good, though I haven't tried it. Stopped in for lunch and service was excellent despite place being super busy. You can sit outside and enjoy the vibe of the area. Food is good with a decent menu for a lunchtime snack. I cannot stress enough how good this bagel spot is. The coffee is excellent, the staff are efficient but also friendly. If you go here anyway regularly you will find that the staff remember your name, your order and any other small tit-bit of info you happen to rip their way. The food is freshly made in front of the customer apart from the soup which tends to sell out fast. Great smoothies and juices too but I normally just go there for the coffee and the extremely friendly service. My only issue with this place is its popularity. It is generally jammers, but that is just an indicator of how good this place is. Loyal customers keep returning to this spot. Perfect for a quick lunch or coffee if you find yourself in the IFSC for any reason. read more

This place is great, they have many different types of delicious bagels, I specially like the Buenos Dias Bagel (with a morning special offer with coffee or tea for 4 euros!) and the Chicken Avocado one. I love the fact that you can make your own combination, with your choice of ingredients both for juices/smoothies and bagels, so you can have it your way! The juices are very tasty and filling (even the small size one is enough). It is perfect for us who do not like ice or yoghourt in our beverages, just fresh fruit and or veggies. If you do not like cold juices, just take into account that the mango and strawberries are frozen. Their pasta is salad are very good as well and I like the fact that they introduce healthy options like broccoli. Also, the people working there are very friendly, clean and fast! I just wish that the price did not change whether you stayed at the place or you buy it to-go. I sometimes buy it to-go even if I eat there because it is cheaper, so they carefully wrap your food, I understand this can be great for many people but I usually do not need all that. For example it would be more environmentally friendly if they did not wrap each bagel twice or give you paper bags with handles, it is ok if you just put them together in a small bag, I can still carry it and you save money and paper ;) read more

This place has possibly some of the friendliest staff ever. I started popping in here on my way to work the odd morning to top up the caffeine levels and within days they knew my order. Although the bagels don't come close to how amazing NEw York bagels are, this is some of the best I have had outside of the states. Great sandwich options and very convenient. So what's not to like about Seven Wonders? Best coffee north of the city ... And I am seriously fussy about choosing a good blend and a knowledgeable owner who enjoys discussing the various blends on sale. I highly recommend the salads if you are choosy on fresh produce with delicious combinations that is. Very creative blend of ingredients. My favourite is chicken and avocado. For around €5 a salad they taste like mana from heaven ... And the best part for me is they are chopped & mixed to perfection in a take out bowl with reusable plastic cutlery (my cutlery have made it into my picnic hamper), and yes there are days one must eat at thy desk. I' treat myself now and again to the all day breakfast bagel (cream cheese for me please) on an everything bagel. While I'm not a smoothie gal, my triathlete boss sucks them up so I guess there's a whole lotta good in them. Seating outside also, so today was a perfect lunch in the sun for me and the girls. Open 7 days (on occasion I've had to work on weekends so nice to know a great coffee and bagel awaits) and very friendly staff. So for me, my 5 stars this week goes to Seven Wonders. read more
