    5/13/26 Visiting one…read moreof my Nurses and her husband who was admitted. Parking 5/5 Lots of parking lots and options. Love the entrance driveway, roundabout and nicely done desert landscaping., Office experience 5/5+++ The main entrance and lobby is gorgeous. The large space is tastefully done in polished granite or similar stone with the center of the lobby has a design true to the hospital's mission. From the center of the Lobby you can look up several floors to the Mission Dome. Adjacent to the main lobby are other interesting side lobby's with Artwork, some depicting the Missions bones, SW Artwork, and a Wall-of-Fame 2006 photograph that captured nurses S who's now on our Medical Team. Nurse S and her husband were in the ER and Later that day transferred to a floor before undergoing a procedure to address their findings. The room was surprisingly spacious which easily competing six of us. It was a great visit with some truly amazing people we live dearly. This was my first visit to the hospital and from everything we observed and the care provided to Nurse S's husband I can see why they insisted on coming to Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.. Swindle thousands of dollars from people and…read morethen try to charge more when the balance has been paid and they won't provide documentation for their claim of a bill being increased (after we paid it off and received confirmation by two of their employees) by the insurance company. We will be researching legal advice and reporting this behavior to any and all government oversight agencies that we can. You also have customer service/billing support based out of India. Your "employees" barely speak English and are very rude and refuse to provide evidence of their claims that we owe more (after the balance was paid in full). When we asked for her name, she hung up on us so that we couldn't grab her name. You shouldn't be allowed to operate any business like you do, let alone one that supposedly is there to care for people's health care.

I came to Prestige as a disillusioned patient from the churn and burn Banner Clinic experience (horrific and impersonal). Candee and her small but mighty staff are the most responsive, caring and conscientious people out there. Never have I been left hanging (ahem Banner, who took a year to get my well woman billing correctly submitted for payment to my carrier and billed me $800 in the interim) and when I call Candee or message the portal I get a same day response. Candee has helped me lose weight, fix my A1-c and cholesterol, and has gotten my preventive work all done in record time. I now have a CPAP machine and sleep well for the first time in years. She takes time to understand how my body works and I've literally never had a visit with her that was less than 40 minutes of solid face time resolving my health questions and concerns. My quality of life is so much better because I now have a true partner in my quest for better health. Seeing Candee has changed my health and her expertise and care has vastly improved my life. She is the best practitioner out there.

No one called back A week later I called back again and left another message. Again no call back. I get maybe there was an issue not getting the first call back, but two times. That's just bad business. If you can't a business to call you back after two calls/messages, then they don't want your business.

Family member was sick. Coughing and ear pain. Called primary care and their "protocol" is to do only telemed visits (because coughing is a symptom of COVID). Didn't matter that we did a home test (twice, on two separate days), and it was negative. You can't look in ears and throats with a telemed (note to self: change primary care doctors). So we brought her here. No appointments available, so just walk in. We were told a 90 minute wait. But it was around 60 minutes when they called us back. Jonathan checked the ears, throat, sinuses, and a strep test was performed (negative). We left with scripts called-in to the pharmacy which I picked up about 30 minutes later. The scripts made sense, questions were answered (by Jonathan), and we're now home treating. I think it was about as good of an experience as one could hope for with urgent care.

Waiting room was damn near empty with one person ahead of us when we arrived. And there sure is a lot of talking and laughing outside our door considering my wife is sitting here in pain. Not to mention they have " Solv Health" with a 4.6 on their Apple Maps which is a scam obviously. They would go out of business if people saw the yelp reviews.

I strongly recommend going early if you are a walk in like us. Otherwise I saw a long list of appts on the screen. I thought it was funny how the girl opened the door at 8 while we were standing there and then walked away. If it was me I would have opened the door and greeted whoever was standing there waiting. I even laughed when she walked away. I know it's not mandatory but it would have been a nice gesture. But mom didn't wait long after she checked in, maybe 10 min. My mom was visiting from Michigan and had been dealing with some sort of rash all over her body for the past 4 days and then her tongue swelled up. My dad is a retired physician, mom is a retired nurse and I was in the health field so we knew it was probably some sort of allergic reaction to whatever is floating around in Az. But need a Dr to prescribe her a steroid or something. The PA who saw my mom just looked at her arms, asked what happened and if she is on any medications. While she was nice, it was a quick appt. I feel like others would have felt jipped. Since we knew it was some sort of allergic reaction and needed the prescription, the appt did the job. We left and went to Walgreens to pick up her prescribed topical steroid and prednisone. Overall, no issues with the appt!

One of the rudest human beings I've ever met. I've scheduled numerous times and cancelled because I've read the reviews and boy were they right. I refuse to go to this place. When is management gonna say something to this lady?
