The pools are resort style and are kept super nice. They have a big slide, and a kids water playground that is fun for the little ones. The first year and a half weren't that bad. The place has declined in the last year or so. Stairwells and breezeways are filthy, paint peeling. Pool has black around the drains on the floor and green algae growing on the side walls. Complain to the office and they say "we have a pool company". They need a new one! The guys spends about 10 minutes when he is there. People/underage kids partying in the club room all hours of the night, with a ridiculous noise level. Tell the office about it and they tell you to call for the security officer when that happens. Call security...nothing. Call Pasco SO and they may eventually show up. I can't say I blame them, they have more pressing issues, I'm sure. And it was only the last year that I had to call security. Never had any trouble for the first year +. Non residents using pool, garbage compactor (breaks quite often), gym, and hanging out in the stairwells. They do not believe in preventive maintenance at all. Cheap fixes, that's it. I had maintenance at my place for Leaking faucets at least 4 or 5 times. 2 days later, leaking again and you pay for water. Anything you Advise the office of, results in Nothing! They hand you a line of crap just to get you out of the office. You can rent much nicer, newer places with many more amenities than what MAA has to offer.
