Lexington Oak Community - Backyard pool in the beautiful golf course community of Lexington oaks

I lived in this facility for 1.5 years from the beginning of 2017 up until september of 2018. I…read morelived in north Hampton village for most of the time and stayed a short while in maywood with cousins. Now I have family still residing in north Hampton, Hawthorne and churchill villages though I have moved back up to new england. This is a great spot for retirees & those raising families (though the school systems are really not keeping up with the ever growing population of wesley chapel). This town alone has expanded drastically a bit too fast for the schools, restaurants & other establishments to be able to keep up it seems. In my recent visit over the holidays I noticed there were petitions going around to forbid even more communities from being developed and that at least 2 more have already been approved. People seem to complain a lot around here about the "wildlife" being an issue, even though it was thousand of acres of wildlife that was demolished to establish these communities. Wesley chapel Blvd is a congested nightmare at almost all times of the day and the poor care that this areas own residents have for the cleanliness of this area is truly astounding (coming from someone who lives an hour and a half from NYC now). Lexington oaks still remains a great place to live from my perspective with an HOA that does it's best to keep the area clean without being too intrusive or over the top (but let's be honest they still are at times). The community center is a bonus, with a large, heated pool for all the seasons, basketball court, members only gym & of course the 18-hole golf course. It would be nice if they didnt let just anyone ride around in the golf carts, since many kids drive around their parents carts who clearly aren't even old enough to have a driver's permit W/O parents being present in the vehicle.
