History
Established in 2020.
Our story began in a moment many would call risky. On the very day the pandemic forced businesses to shut down, we opened our first food truck, Seven Fish. In the middle of uncertainty, we chose to move forward with faith, hard work, and a lot of heart. From day one, the Greeley community welcomed and supported us in an incredible way.
For three years, the food truck was our life—long days, family effort, and love in every dish. In April 2023, we proudly opened our first restaurant on 9th Street, a small place filled with big dreams that helped us grow even more.
Today, we begin a new chapter at our location on 23rd Avenue, with more space and the same heart we started with. As a 100% family-owned business, we are committed to serving great food, warm service, and a place where everyone feels at home.
Thank you to the Greeley community for bringing us this far. None of this would be possible without God and everyone who has grown with us since day one.
Meet the Business Owner: FAM SOLIS B.
Our story started at home, cooking and selling food to help raise funds for the construction of our church. What began as a way to give back quickly grew into something more when the community asked us to keep going.
That’s when my husband, my son, and I decided to start our food truck, without knowing what the future would bring. When the pandemic hit, we lost our jobs, and unexpectedly, that food truck became the way we kept our family going during one of the hardest times of our lives.
With faith, hard work, and the support of our community, we’ve grown step by step. Our son got married, and today our grandson and our youngest son are also part of this family dream that continues to grow.
