This was my second visit to Sushi One after moving nearby. If anything their rolls are a bit oversized-I myself find trying to eat roll slices in two or more bites a bit challenging. The service was decent; I would like to offer a few bits of constructive advice: My bottle of beer arrived without a glass. Had to ask for one. Offer customers a glass when the bottled beer is delivered. A visit to the table to check on customers is also an opportunity to take away empty bottles, straw wrappers, etc. More than two visits to the table in 10 minutes to ask how things are going can make some customers feel a little 'rushed'. You have a dessert menu. I was not asked whether I was interested in dessert, either there or to go. That was a missed opportunity. The tip jar for the sushi chefs could be placed in a more prominent area. They deserve to be tipped. I will be back, and hope to become a 'regular'.

Of the many times I have at here, here is a few of the apps I have gotten and loved. My favorite and mostly go to is the crispy Brussels and cauliflower fried topped with bacon and balsamic drizzle, there is also some dippy stuff that comes with it. This is almost like the bang bang shrimp from PF Changs but a little more crispier and tastes much better in my opinion. The sushi rolls I have tried is the spicy tuna, yes it's raw, and so delicious. If you like spicy this is definitely a sushi roll for you. The fish was very fresh and so tender, you almost didn't know you were eating raw fish. Now for the two entrees I have tried, I'll start first with my second favorite which is the fish and chips. The fish is battered to perfection and so crispy along with the fish so flaky and just so yummy. The sides that came w it were fries. They were good. Now onto my number one hands down favorite dish I always get when I come. What can I say I'm a creature of habit. The mahi mahi, , the way they cook it and the flakiness of this fish here is phenomenal, you can either get the rice that comes with it or how I do it I sub it for their fresh asparagus topped with a spring mix and some dressing on top.
