If we occasionally need help outside of regularly scheduled caregiver hours, Amy has rearranged schedules to meet our needs. She is excellent in leadership and management. It doesn't matter if we have concerns on weekends or after hours, she is ALWAYS available. My husband is reserved with a quiet personality. Amy made sure that we had caregivers who were a good fit. In my opinion, this company did not take good care of my family. They were great for over a year,…read morethen they stopped caring. My Dad never got fed. His apartment was atrocious. They never cleaned, or fed my diabetic parent. When we fired them it took over 2 months for them to take him off their services, and they charged us over $900 for leaving him living in these conditions after I asked explicitly for these areas to be cleaned. They also went into his apartment and took the record book so we could not have record of interaction between family and caregivers showing their neglect We don't want your family member treated as ours was! Please, choose someone better to look after your loved ones! Remember these photos were taken after we asked that these areas were cleaned, this doesn't represent the dirty clothes put into drawers. The other living area being neglected of cleaning. They spent ZERO time with Dad, which was half the job. Instead, I found the ," caregiver" sitting in the kitchen on his phone texting or playing games every time I came over, which was about 3 times a day. Dad said he was never happier to see the caregiver than the day I told him he was fired for not taking care of Dad. They were supposed to be able to cook a diabetic diet but never did. Part of treatment was supposed to be taking him to his appointments. They Never took him to Dr. Apt and took notes. Which was an agreed upon service for the service we paid for. They charged us to leave his apartment like the pictures that follow. And charged us an additional, $900+ after his death. We chose not to show anything that would embarrass our deceased loved one.
