LC Smiles smiles was incredible. Shannon and Dr. Bristlin did an excellent emergency job on my broken filling. I had cracked the filling from grinding my teeth. Other offices I called in the valley would only able to get me in a week from when I called. LC Smiles got me in the next morning to prevent the problem from getting worse. Huge plus. It was like going to a spa. They offered me drinks coffee, water, whatever I wanted. And then in the exam room they had a TV placed above so I could watch a movie while I was getting the filling repaired. It was placed so when I was fully leaned back, the TV faced me. It looks odd until I was in the seat. Then it made sense. Watching James Bond while having dental work done - a cool experience. They have hot facial towels, heat & massage chairs, quite an array of items. The bite rest was a huge thing for me. Although I like my other dental office, they never offered that. It made it so much easier to have the work done at LC Smiles instead of me having to kill my jaw to keep my mouth open to have the repair done. I loved that. The price is very reasonable an emergency repair job. The gift blanket was a nice touch, too. I don't have insurance here, so price was a big deal. But the price was right on point. They were very caring and told me everything that was going to happen. I have definitely found myself a new dentist super close to home. Yay! read more

Here's a review of LC smiles.. I had just started a new job, and had yet to use my dental insurance. So, I was unaware of how it would go regarding coverage. I made a call and asked the lady on the phone if they accepted my insurance, Cigna, or if I should try somewhere else. I was told, yes they do in fact take it. So, I made an appointment for the following week. Skip ahead to that appointment. I show up a little early and I'm greeted by their receptionist. Overall, their office is clean and the staff were friendly. I explained to the receptionist that I wanted to know if my insurance was going to cover this appointment with just my copay since it was preventative care. She told me she would have them look into it. About 5 minutes later, I was called back by the hygienist. I explained the same thing to her. I didn't want to be surprised by a bill later. She went and checked and informed me that the billing manager had informed her that my insurance would cover it 100%. Excited for that, I had her begin. I was told that they would cover everything except fluoride and that I would have to pay extra for that. I elected not to have that done. After my cleaning, they had me meet with someone else to make my next appointment. I then verified with the billing manager that it was 100% covered by my insurance company. She confirmed this. So, I made my next appointment and went on my way. Two weeks later, I get a bill. I called and asked about it and reminded them they told me that it was going to be 100% covered by my insurance company. They apologized and explained that they would take a look and get back to me in the next week. Two months later, I call them and was just informed that they only cover 100% of the insurance fee. I now have a bill over $200 that I was told I wasn't going to have. I'm disappointed because they seemed like a great company, but this seems pretty deceptive to me. read more

Talk about a five-star experience! From the moment you walk into the office you feel like you've stepped into a high-end hotel lobby. The receptionists are wonderful, polite and delightful to work with. I was presented with a nice little goody bag as a welcome gift! Getting checked in is a fairly simple process, and their waiting area is beautiful and they even offer a mini fridge stocked with complimentary drinks for their patients! My hygienist, Sadie, was great and very personable. I enjoyed talking with her and she did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and making sure I understood the process. Dr. Bartschi stopped in mid-cleaning to chat with me and have a look at my teeth as well! He is AWESOME! I had expressed some concerns about jaw pain I was having and he did a thorough examination to make sure I was able to be fit with the right treatment. I really appreciate how each staff member made me feel welcome, and like I was a part of the family. The good part, they do a decent job with dental care. The downside is their billing department and that they try to sell you a bunch of "extra" procedures that is outside of your insurance coverage. You didn't know it was outside of your coverage? Well it sucks to be you, pay us! This may not be fraud but it is certainly not the best of ethics. This happened to us twice, it won't happen a third time. From what I hear, we are not the only customers that have had this problem. read more
