I have never felt so disrespected as a patient in my life. The treatment was good and I feel…read morebetter, but he was very rude. He entered, did not introduce himself, and started to work. That was different, but fine. The issue came when I had trouble moving my arm because I was in great pain. As he started helping me move it, I started to cry because of the pain. He then proceeded to call me a "drama queen." I just replied in tears, "it just hurts really bad." Regardless of what a patient is doing, simple professionalism does not allow for name calling. While the treatment was good, I am extremely disappointed in the character of Dr. Boyer.
