Mr. Smelser responded quickly and came quickly because my water heater wasn't working or would stop working when my electricity would crash which was happening at least three times a week. Among other things, I thought I needed a new heater but Mr. Smelzer examined it, analyzed that the heater elements are good, and recommended that I get an electrician to change the relevant breaker in my electric panel box. Mr. Smelser was so kind in his response that I asked him if he could do other plumbing work for me. Almost nothing worked in my house so I asked him to replace my leaking kitchen faucet, repair my leaking bathtub faucet, and install a garbage disposal with a sink top switch. When he came as scheduled, he brought his two sons who are also plumbers in his family-owned business. Even when I wanted a soap dispenser installed as opposed to the sprayer which they recommended, they did consistently as I wished even though the soap dispenser appeared to be more difficult to install.
