The receptionist has zero customer service, flat rude, and took away my rights that I have to obtain information that can be given anywhere and to anyone just because she did not want to give it to me. That is her words "because I don't want to" I work in the hospitality industry as a manager and to my belief I think I am fairly patient and reasonable but her attitude and demeanor... Lets just say My family will not be back. Scott and White does not mess with your bill and is friendly. Go there.
