Made an appointment to see a vehicle, on the day of the appointment, the general manager texted to confirm the appointment before 10 am. The appointment was at 3:30. We were able to come earlier, let them know, and arrived at 11 to find that the vehicle we were to look at had sold - YESTERDAY. WORST EXPERIENCE AT A CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!! Do not go here unless you want to be harassed and lied to. I came in to look at a vehicle I had my eye on. I drove onto the lot and began looking for the truck I wanted to see. As soon as I got onto the lot two salesman in a golf car began following me immediately. They were following within one car length of my truck, it was so awkward, but got worse. I began driving in different rows and to one lot to the next. They followed me everywhere I went and would not stop. This went on for about ten minutes. I was afraid to park and get out. I then parked near the entrance and wanted to go inside to speak with someone. As soon as I parked the two salesmen on the golf cark parked at the rear passenger side of my truck and sat there. It was becoming extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was going to be berated as soon as I exited my truck. I sat in my truck hoping they would go away, but they didn't. They sat there for more then ten minutes, making it more uncomfortable making me not want to get out of my truck. After ten or fifteen minutes they finally drove to the front of the store and parked in front of the main entrance facing my truck. This made it more uncomfortable for me. I did not want to get out of my truck and be forced to walk past them to get into the building. It was like they were forcing me to have too walk near them. I nearly wanted to drive off, but I drove over 30 minutes to see this truck. The two salesmen finally drove off to follow another customer. I then went inside and met with the receptionist. I asked her if the truck was still in their inventory and how I would like to see it. She looked it up and informed me they still had it and she would get me a salesman. I kindly explained how uncomfortable I felt with the actions of their salesmen and she just laughed and said they can be stalkerish at times. I felt it was a rude response and didn't care how the customer felt. I then explained to her who the salesman was that was following me around and made me feel super uncomfortable. She stated she knows who I was talking about and at that same time I saw the same salesman walking into the office. I pointed him out to the receptionist and kindly stated I would not like him to be the salesman I would be dealing with. She said ok and she will get me another salesman. I then sat down and waited for a salesman to come speak with me regarding the truck I was interested in. I have every intention to buy this truck today and was really looking forward to test driving it and possible making a purchase that day. After waiting for some time, I was extremely shocked to who the salesmen was they sent to assist me. It was the exact same salesman who I asked to NOT assist me with viewing the truck I came there to see. I was shocked they sent him to assist me. This was a huge slap in the face as if they were laughing at me, the customer. I can't express how dissatisfied I was with what the dealership did. When the salesman introduced himself, he mentions he was following me around the parking lot, this told me he knew I specifically asked to not be helped by him and they sent him to me. I was appalled. I really wanted to see the truck, so I swallowed my tongue and went forth with seeing the truck along with the salesman I specifically asked to not deal with. While looking at the truck and test driving it, it was one of the most awkward situations I have ever been in. I did not enjoy the test drive at all, it was hard to enjoy the truck and get a real feeling for it. Once the test drive was over, we went inside to "look at numbers". I gave him the information for my vehicle I had to trade in. He immediately came back with an undercut of an offer. While dealing with this salesman he had the worse salesman attitude I have ever experienced. His attitude was putting off vibes that he had no care to help me what so ever. He was not into the conversation what so ever, just lounging back in his chair with his hat sitting on his head crooked with not a care in the world. I really wanted to buy this truck but was also really turned off to the sale due to the entire experience. At the end of our one-sided conversation I left with an offer I was wiling to agree on. After my offer and stated I was leaving the salesman didn't even ask for my number in case they want to call me back. I had to ask if he wanted my phone number for a call back offer. Once again this is one of the worst experience car dealership experiences I have ever dealt with in my life. Needless to say, they lost a sale due to their unprofessionalism and careless attitude. I recently purchased a 2025 Ford F-150. The experience was good throughout the purchase and the truck was delivered to my house in Tuttle OK, which I do appreciate very much. However, my truck only came with one key because they lost the other one. In order for me to get another key at no charge to me, I would have to drive to Ada over 80 miles away to get key cut and programmed to my truck. I had them mail the key to me thinking I could go to another Seth Wadley closer to me and get this done. Well, that's not the case, they will not do that. And my wife had them add an extended warranty to the truck, which we could cancel anytime. We talked about it and decided to cancel it and to my knowledge, we are still trying to get that canceled! If you think you might want the extended warranty they offer to you, make sure you really want it because to get that canceled is not easy! So, lessen learned for me to probably not buy another vehicle from out of town! Guess I'm going to have to pay to get my extra key done for my truck that they lost! Quent Cowan read more

Made an appointment for vehicle service when I showed up, I was amazed at the difference in Appearance, Service and Attitude @ Seth Wadley Ford of Ada. I have been a customer for many years of the Ford Dealership in Ada, Ok. I was really impressed to see how great the new dealership looks and the Service Department is now Top notch with Stacy the new service Manager went above and beyond in my opinion to explain the details of my service to me. I was in and out really fast. While waiting The General Manager Scott Williams walked through the Service area and greeted me personally. I felt so Important and valued as a customer. Bought a Bronco had no gas could barely drive down the street but it was what i really wanted no issues taking it a few blocks away except tires needed replaced. They did replace them because they should have been replaced before sold they stated; Next day the windshield wipers started coming on out of nowhere they would not shut off then tested the wiper fluid it did not come on. The used car mgr called and promised to take care of it since I just purchased the vehicle. they came and got my car fixed the wipers this was a couple of weeks later. Wiper fluid still dont work the motor on the wiper fluid is out. They were to fix that. No call to schedule apt. Been calling and texting used car mgr and now he just says someone will call. They say they are a small-town dealer and the reason we should buy from them because they will make customers happy and they are easy to get a hold of...ya right. we took my wifes explorer up for a water pump before seth wadley bought the dealership. i explicitly asked for the timing chain to be replaced since it was off to do the $5000 water pump replacement. apparently the mechanic decided it didnt need it and put the chain back in. now, about 8 months later, the car is back in the shop replacing the timing chain that is now making a noise. that car has been at that dealership since new for everything. Seth wadley said they were honoring all the work from the previous dealership. i guess that is not the case. i was told since they did not change the part i asked them to change, they are not responsible. they will never get another dollar from us. read more
