Now, please let me call upon your common sense for just a second; if an untrained mother can recognize a power steering pump leak, in which it leaks all over the driveway and runs out of power steering fluid in 1 day, does Seth Wadley expect me to believe that they had no idea of the power steering leak? They are trained car professionals; shouldn't they have known or at least checked the fluid in the unit? Do you mean an untrained mother can spot a power steering leak and Seth Wadley's car "professionals" can't? I don't think so. Maybe they should hire the Mother to oversee their used vehicIes? My grandson is a first time driver. What if the power steering would've gone out while he was driving down the road at 50-60mph? If you've ever tried to steer a vehicle that has no power steering, you'll know it's almost impossible. So basically, Seth Wadley Chevrolet put my grandson's life at risk to save a few dollars. Dear Seth Wadley Chevrolet in Ada, Ok, please let me know if I'm right or wrong. If I"m wrong/mistaken I'll take this post down. In all fairness, they did repair the power steering pump at no cost to us; BUT ONLY BECAUSE WE PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND THEY REPAIRED IT "AFTER THE FACT." Once we found a price we could both agree on I was emailed to offer right away. Drove down for an inspection and test drive and the truck was waiting for me. Had my mechanic look over it as a second set of eyes. Drove it down the road test all of the accessories and all were good. Went back inside waited about 15 minutes then met with the financing goddess. That was a quick meeting since I had my own bank financing. Closed the deal and now I'm waiting for my bank to fund the loan. They're detailing it now as I sit at home waiting for an email to confirm the dealer go their money. In this case the dealer made some money on the trade in and I got a good deal. BTW my sales guy Dylan Gleason got me taken care of right away when I got to the dealership.

Very poor customer service on recall. I did the recall in 2019 for the drag link nuts coming loose…read more Their fix was to just weld the nuts. After asking how I would do an alignment in the future, they told me to just bring it back and they would replace the drag link with a new part. Last weekend, I had to do some work on the front end and required an alignment. After going back and forth between the dealership and mopar, turns out they lied to me and had no intention of doing the fix correctly. Now they tell me the recall has expired and the $1100 repair is all on me. I had planned on trading my ram in on a new 3500 in the near future but because of their basically telling me not my problem, fix it yourself after telling me they would the first time, they are losing a life long ram customer. I will be buying a new ford or Chevy instead. It's a shame, I had already gone on the ram truck builder website and picked all the options I wanted too. Their customer service has just cost them another customer.

I have had more than 1 terrible experience with the service department. The most recent was I took…read moremy car in for an oil change and to have fluids checked. The next morning there was, what appeared to be a few drops of oil on the ground so I took it back to ensure the oil filter and plug were tight enough. I also noticed that the automatic steering was making noise and asked them to check it out. Was told that they put some more oil in it and checked the steering fluid and everything was good. Steering still made noise and was hard to steer, took it to Hilltop Dodge and they immediately said that a steering fluid hose was damaged. I have paid for oil changes to include tire rotations and fluid checks. It is obvious that the tires were never rotated. The dust on the tire was not even disturbed. No finger prints on the tire rims at all. This happened more than once. They are very nice when you call and ask about the work, question what was done or even complain but its the same old run around every single time. "So sorry!" but still the same subpar work. The people in the service office at Ford are nice enough but their mechanics are terrible. DO NOT USE!!!!

I asked salesman before taking off for the 1.5 hour long drive one way, if he had seen the install job. He assured me he had inspected the job. Upon arrival only one seat belt was fixed correctly. So the van is still unusable at the dealership over an hour away.

Go to them today and they say there is nothing they can do, wouldn't even help find who painted it. Act like your best friend and buddy tell they have you out the door. AND good luck trying to get the manager on the phone. Almost wish they would just buy the truck back now.
