This is the worst "doctor" I've ever seen. I went to Dr. Kulick's office in 2012, and $1,320 later,…read morethe best advice he gave me to cure my chronic hives was to take off all my copper jewelry, and start taking supplements. :/ After two strange appointments with him, and two very uncomfortable acupuncture sessions, I decided to get an opinion from a real dermatologist. She gave me a patch test, and three days later I learned that I'm allergic to a chemical present in some body wash products. Why Dr. Kulick never administered a patch test, I do not know. Maybe he wanted the hives to continue so he could get more money from me. In any case, I paid out of pocket for both appointments, and in 2013, to my surprise, Dr. Kulick's name appeared on my credit report! Now, in 2015, my credit report still shows a "delinquent" account with a collections agency named "Capital Accounts." I haven't received any bills in the mail from Dr. Kulick or Capital Accounts, and I've had the same phone number for like 10 years. No one has attempted to collect this apparent debt, but now it's ruining my credit report and I can't sign a lease on a new apartment. Dr. Kulick himself hasn't even responded to my emails about this - just his office manager, who sent me a PDF of my "billing history," which doesn't even add up the numbers correctly! Always double check your math, guys! ;)

I was highly mistaken. He brings you into a room for a brief 10-minute interview (if it was even that long) and prescribes you muscle relaxers. I don't know how he is in business I don't know how people go to him. The wait was long over an hour just to see him. He takes all of his appointments at exactly the same time and that is the reason for the long wait. My only guess is that people with insurance don't mind since the insurance companies will foot the bill but if you're coming out of pocket please go elsewhere. I have no ulterior motives besides being a patient in extreme pain and hopefully I can help someone else in making the right decision I Do not recommend him at all.

I received treatment at Spear PT's Upper East Side location on 3rd Avenue between 67th and 68th Streets, where my physical therapist was Ronique James. After eight weeks of treatment, I am now almost pain-free. Ronique was smart, caring, and attentive throughout the process. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions about my condition, and checked in regularly about which parts of the treatment felt too difficult, which exercises were helpful, and how I was progressing. She also varied the exercises, which kept the treatment from becoming repetitive or boring. Her approach reflected a strong understanding of my condition and the appropriate combination of care, including massage, ultrasound, stretching, and strengthening exercises. Ronique was always on time and consistently gave me the time and attention I needed. The administrative side of the experience was equally smooth. Scheduling appointments, coordinating insurance payments, and handling related details were all seamless. The staff was friendly, efficient, and consistently got everything right the first time. The facility itself was clean, organized, and well equipped, which made the overall experience even better.

My first few sessions I was always handed off to a technician, which I did not like at all. However the last few sessions I had was with my PT. Location is clean and has lockers to put all my winter gear. Really enjoy my weekly sessions!
