I bought a paddle board for my wife at EESG a year ago. The experience was very good, and I was happy to support a local business. A year later we had a warping problem with the board. I went in and spoke with the owner, who was very accommodating and easy to talk to. He said they'd look at it and see what they could do, but came up with every legitimate reason why it would have warped. I was getting ready for battle. Steve, the owner, emailed me after inspecting the board and told me that EESG and the manufacturer, Riviera, would stand by the product and give me a new board. I couldn't have been more satisfied.
