The former small form burger shack is very well maintained, and the employees well trained in courteous efficiency. Very easy to be in and out in a few minutes, tickets in hand and dreaming of the big score. Too, Joe's pays out the winners directly for the Pennsylvania Lottery, up to a certain size to keep five figure winners very happy and encourage them to return. National games don't have that luxury. Right across the Calhoun Street Bridge from Trenton, these guys have a strong location, not to mention a beautiful view of the Trenton skyline beyond the mighty Delaware River.

Manager was extremely rude. Initially stated they had my online order in stock. I went to add two…read moreadd'l items and everything was rang up the same price. She then stated that they did not have the items I wanted and she proceeded to refund the other items. I stated to her that the refund she gave back was incorrect and she told me, "well, how much do you think you're supposed to get back?" At this point, I told her I wanted my full refund and the information for her manager and/ or owner. She complied. I remained polite got my refund (so I thought) and left. Once I get to the car, I realize she shorted me $10 after telling her I wanted my full refund. I came back into the store, fuming...black man comes to the desk, I begin telling him about the experience and asked if he was the mgr and he said no. So I told him the issue and he went to her. She is slamming things and talking loud behind the customer doors. So as she got loud with me, I got loud with her until I got my FULL refund. If there's a curly black haired white woman working behind that counter, go to curaleaf across the street. They might be more welcoming and polite. Bc this lady was awful and she cannot count. I'm never coming back to evolve due to this and I actually liked this place and their sticker program. I have their merch!!!! I'm really upset about this. She needs to be removed immediately! Her name might be Sam. Sam, you have terrible customer service skills!
