Madeline came out and measured and was so nice and she saw our babies and offered us a doggie door. That attention to detail is why we decided to go with them. We were not supposed to have this done till October however they had a cancellation and we're able to do it for us they were amazing everything looks amazing and the workers were all so nice and kind and they cleaned up great and were so respectful to our neighbors asking them if they could leave some stuff in their yard. Over the last 10 years we've had many of the large window companies come out to give us an estimate and we were just never impressed with the high-pressure sales tactics. A neighbor had used EcoView and we really liked how her hurricane windows looked so she referred us to EcoView. Frank Thatcher with EcoView impressed my husband from the moment he came to give us the estimate. Six of the 7 windows were in place for both Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton and I have to say I would have NEVER stayed in my house without them!!!! I will say, due in no part to Frank and his team, we had a number of manufacturing setbacks but today our windows went through their final inspection and the City Inspector was very complimentary on the windows and the job done.
