We felt welcomed and were provided all the information we needed in a clear and straightforward manner. Then we brought two windows in from our lanai for fresh vinyl and in just a couple hours they called and said they were ready, and they looked great! Then, Jeremy came out to measure our lanai storm door for replacement, and while he was here he replaced three panels of vinyl windows on site.... And did a great job with the three. Finally, today Jeremy returned to remove the old lanai door and install a new door, and threshold. He really knows what he's doing and cares a lot about the quality of his work. This phase of the project required opening an exterior load bearing wall. The next phase, an adjoining bedroom was added with bathroom including a walk-in tub, a linen closet, and a walk-in closet. The addition is perfect and everyone who visits remarks on how beautiful it is. We have to say owner Steve, and his crew, takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the work including any work done by subcontractors. If a subcontractor did something not up to par, the owner or his crew would point it out and make sure the work was redone correctly or fix it themself. My mother-in-law changed her mind about a few things halfway through the build. Not only did they make the changes, but they also went out of their way to make sure she was happy every step of the project. We highly recommend Property Services GC and plan to use them when we build a new house in the future.

Had 2 windows replaced 8/2021. They were installed on time and professionally. However 14 months…read morelater, one window apparently became warped and would not lock. I called on a Monday early morning and was told someone would get back to me, they did not and I called before closing time to ask when they would show up, definitely Tuesday I was told. Tuesday came and went as did Wednesday and now I am mid day Thursday and have not heard from them at all. Each night we are sleeping with a window unlocked. I guess they didn't care The cost for the windows was rather high but I thought this was a reputable company. Apparently once they have your final payment they couldn't care less about you. I suggest you shop elsewhere.

I called the company on Tuesday 2 days before Thanksgiving and was told that they would order a construction request. On Wednesday morning a man called Doug was from the company and told us he was here to complete the request of the screen behind the Snowflakes in our foundation, I was very much impressed and surprised how fast that they came to fix our foundation. A great job and fast service. I only wish that the other companies that I am dealing with was as fast. I will not mention any names just that my lawn is full of weed and crab grass. I highly recommend them for all future use to my home, Thanks Doug
