So, the light colored couches and rug that are in the house have been assaulted by three crazy…read morenephews for the past three years and they have had dirty shoes tracked across them many times, spilled juice, dropped ketchup, globs of slime dragged across them, even a corner with a paint splatter from an instance of one of the little dudes getting too crazy with his art projects and thought flicking it everywhere was cute (kids ) My mom contacted Jay and was given a quote and they set up a date and time that was convenient and not only did he arrive on time, but he was extremely professional, kind, and respectful. He not only honored the quote, but went ahead and cleaned our hallway runner without an extra charge. We were both very grateful. Jay did let us know about the different types of stains and how they interact with different surfaces to let us know what may or may not come out, I was expecting there may be some sticking around, but after about two and a half hours of him working on everything, the stains were all out! We did have a very nice conversation about how he started his business and his experiences with it and it really all boiled down to the fact that he wanted more flexibility to be a dad. That was really great, because too many kids don't have that relationship with their parents and being that I've worked in elementary schools for a few years, it's important to me that kids have that love and support.
