Due to inclement weather the request was to specifically wait until rain stopped however Property Plus insisted on bringing in items down the 40 feet path from their truck to the entrance to the house without protecting most of the items. I had to dry off chairs and shelving units that were soaked. The next day, upon inspection of items it became evident one of the sofas was ruined. Both armrests and some of the main body of the sofa were soaked. The smell of decaying fibers was already present therefore needing to be removed right away.
