We had mold remediation done as our bathroom had leaked into the basement. The crew was very professional and swift with the demo and remedying. I appreciated how clean and prompt the crews were. This went way smoother than I ever dreamed. read more

One of the worst contractor experiences I've had and I do multiple renovations per year. My tenants caused a fire in our rental property in March of 2025. I called ServPro who gave me an estimate quickly and said they could begin the job at soon as the tenants were out and it would take 3 weeks. As soon as we received the all clear from the fire investigators from both insurance companies we gave ServPro the go ahead to get started at the end of April 2025. They were aware that I lived out of state and was relying on proactive communication to keep me updated on progress. The 3 weeks of mitigation turned into 2.5 months during which time I was passed between 3 different project managers who never knew what was going on with my house anytime I asked. Every time I could get ahold of someone they would apologize profusely for how badly managed my project was, swear this was not how they do business, promise that they would get to then bottom of things and then low and behold I wouldn't hear from them again and the updates that were promised would never come. I finally gave up on them and decided to go with a different contractor for the restoration phase because of their horrible communication. Unfortunately now that the project is finally done and work is complete 9 months later, the total bill for all work reimbursed by insurance exceeds the thresholds that my mortgage holder will pay out without signed invoices from the contractors. My contractor that did the restoration phase signed the paid invoices within 24 hours. I'm now on day 8 of emailing and calling ServPro Springfield because no one will sign the invoices or get back to me. I have a check for multiple thousand dollars to reimburse me for work on a house that has been costing me over a thousand dollars to sit empty for 11 months now and I can't get it cashed because ServPro can't be bothered to docusign paid invoices from last July and August. Do not do business with this company if you value your sanity. read more

I hired Servpro of Springfield to repair my roof (from Tree Damage) along with other repairs to my garage. Servpro assessed the all the damage and assured me that they could perform the repairs. Servpro also assured me that they could repair the damage like it never happened. I totally trusted Servpro to do the work they said would do. Servpro repair technicians came out and obviously did not know what they were doing. They used small scraps of plywood when they could have used longer sheets of plywood in several places. There was an area where plywood was NOT nailed down properly. There were no felt paper installed under some to the shingles. Some of the shingles were installed upside down. Overall, the work was of very POOR quality. When I complained, the one of the owners from Servpro came out, he was very, very, rude, and refused (to look at the roof) fix all the bad work they performed to the garage. We ended up hiring another company to redo the inadequate work Servpro should have corrected in the first place. I'm elderly, widowed person, and feel Servpro took advantage of me. I would NEVER ever hire them again!! From Marshfield Mo. read more

Our house was built 8 years ago. We found mold on the carpet on the other side of the shower wall. We called ServPro and they sent out Luke Roberts to inspect and come up with a plan. The man who installed our showers did not put in a water barrier in either shower. So it was a mess. The crew was professional and did a great job at a reasonable price. We really appreciate their service. Special thanks to William Overton and Caden Mclain. read more

We had a mold remediation done on a house we bought about 1.5 years ago. They did a great job and I recently called them because my daughter was having issues with getting sick a lot and Dan came out and inspected the house (even though we weren't under warranty) and did an air sample. I am very impressed with the customer service Dan provided as well as the office staff. Very professional and I will recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for a company to help with this kind of thing. read more

After a late night catastrophe they were willing to come immediately at midnight but we opted for a few hours sleep and first thing on Sunday morning. They were here first thing and were very kind, efficient and helpful in a very stressful situation. We couldn't have asked for a better company to come take care of us. They came back the following two days to check in and make sure everything was still ok. Amazing company. The best company you never want to have to call. read more

What professionals! We had flood in home and Bryan came to our rescue; he remedied our emergency immediately and the drying and restoration came out perfect! Bryan took so much care in removing the baseboard, lifting the carpeting and tile...we will be able to reuse everything easily. We had a late evening septic tank back up that came into our basement. Our plumber (United Plumbing) told us we had better call Servpro. We called and they told us time was of the essence but they weren't sure they could get there that evening. They came that evening and were there until Midnight. They cleaned and sanitized everything and left large fans running to dry things out. They were back the next day to make sure everything was ok. We were in Florida at the time that I called them. They said don't worry about anything we will take care of it. They took care of the insurance directly with our insurance co. If you ever have a catastrophe like this they are the company to call. Most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. First of all, they cannot communicate properly with a customer what is taking place while they are unable to be there for the entire job. They left their fans at my house without telling me how long it was going to be to dry out my kitchen. Every time I tried calling them, I got a voicemail and no response for 3 days. They also tore out all my lower kitchen cabinets, stove and dishwasher without telling me that was going to be happening and put it all in my garage. Not a pleasant surprise to come home to after work. Once they finally got a hold of me and picked up their fans, they decided to tell me that they were unable to put back my kitchen cabinets that they tore out in the first place. They should have communicated that with me from the start or contacted the team that would be in charge of that so they could get their butts out to my house to put my kitchen back together once it was all dry. This company has left me without a kitchen for OVER A WEEK now and it's still not done. They need to get their poop in a group before you even consider letting them do any work for you. UPDATE: Owners worked with me to make sure everything was completed and I was satisfied with the work that was done. read more

The 5 women that came to clean our house after a propane fireplace malfunction left the inside of our home covered in soot were quick, efficient and hardworking. This is truly a group of professionals and I would recommend them to anyone needing a service like theirs! They showed up when they said they would, and quickly cleaned, paying very close attention to detail. They left no crack or crevice untouched! read more
