ServPro of Patchogue "SAVED THE DAY" when it came to our unfortunate situation! After our own Homeowner's Insurance Company called up and sent in (an unnamed) "Clean-Up" company to our home...(which was a nightmare of an experience), we ultimately had no choice but to have another company come in to try and rectify the horrible mess we were left with... In came Dan, a confident and sympathetic gentleman, from the "ServPro of Patchogue". He assessed all of our damages and what was going to be required of his team when they got here. He explained everything, "IN DETAIL", about what the services would entail, leaving us with no questions or doubts. When the team arrived, they were all extremely friendly, courteous and polite. Since this was taking place in our basement, there were MANY TRIPS up and down the stairs, carrying furniture, large items and boxes. The team was extremely careful with everything and very mindful of trying to keep the floor covered and clean. This all took place during the hottest and most humid days of this Summer (85* to 90*+). We made sure we had cold bottles of water and plenty of iced cold lemonade and iced tea on hand, but, getting this team to take breaks didn't happen too often. We are incredibly happy with the service provided by this team, led by the Crew Chief Joe, and the very friendly office staff we spoke with on the phone (They really actually get your information and messages that you leave for someone correct...because they care)! So, if you're going to call a company... CALL "SERVPRO OF PATCHOGUE" and if your insurance company is calling for you, DON'T BE FOOLED... When a pipe burst and flooded my living room and bedroom, and caused damage to my basement in May, I was beside myself with panic!!!!! I live in a spanking brand-new condo which I had moved into only a year prior to this horror!!! Thankfully, my insurance adjuster recommended SERVPRO of Patchogue. Much to my delight, Rich Delfino, my Knight in Shining Armor, arrived to assess the damage and saved my sanity!!!!!!! He was professional, friendly, reassuring, and extremely knowledgeable in the work that needed to be done to return my home to normal!!! I was so distressed because of the damage to my home by three juvenile raccoons who fell into my house through a skylight that I was literally in a state of shock. Mark Delfino and his crew arrived in the morning and did an unbelievable job of restoring normalcy to my house and by the time they were done I was laughing with Mark and enjoying my spotless home. This is an AAA+ company and I couldn't give them a higher recommendation except to say they are fabulous and fantastic. I am a happy camper and will never open my skylight again. Those raccoon bandits left poo and pee every where and I hope to only see them outdoors. Do not invite them into your home. They have no manners and are the worst destroyers ever. I cannot Thank ServPro of Patchogue enough for their professionalism and prompt attention to our problem. After recently re-finishing our basement, a pipe burst and caused flooding throughout the area including new carpeting, walls, etc. This happened around 8:00pm and Rich and his crew were there in minutes. They brought in their heavy drying equipment and were able to save most of the walls. Everyone in the Company is a pleasure to work with and will do whatever it takes to make your horrible situation much easier to deal with.
